High Precision, Powerful Clamping, and Reversible Jaws

The PQV Series self-centering vise for 5-axis machining centers is a highly practical workholding solution suitable for a wide range of applications, including 3-axis vertical machining centers, 4-axis horizontal machining centers, and 5-axis machining centers.

Simple and intelligent in design, the vise consists of only eight basic components. Each part has been engineered with simplicity in mind, with its shape determined by functional requirements. This design maximizes maintainability, ease of operation, and flexibility.

The jaws can be replaced quickly and easily, while minimizing workpiece lift. The swing-jaw design provides enhanced gripping force, and fine center adjustment is possible after spindle replacement.

The zero-point system is compatible with the LANG and HWR 52 and 96 systems, allowing seamless integration into existing setups.
