Specification

When measuring an outside diameter with a Pi Tape, the tape should be tensioned to approximately 2.25 kg to ensure accurate measurement.
To apply the correct tension more easily and consistently, the use of a dedicated Pi Tape tensioner or a commercially available tensioning device is recommended.
