Specification

When lifting long or large workpieces using Permanent Lifting Magnets, greater stability can often be achieved by using multiple lifting magnets (e.g., four or eight units) rather than a single magnet.

Particularly when handling large, thin steel plates, using several smaller lifting magnets may provide more stable lifting performance than a single large magnet.

Figure 1 (OFF Position): The two internal magnets attract each other, keeping the magnetic force completely inside. No external magnetism is generated.

Figure 2 (ON Position): The internal magnets repel each other, driving the magnetic field lines through the workpiece from the N to S pole to clamp it securely.

Heavy-handle safety design that alerts the operator when full magnetic force is not engaged.

When lifting thin or thick workpieces

Since this model features a permanent magnet specification, the generated magnetic flux density remains constant. Consequently, when the lifted load is thin (as shown in Figure A), the generated magnetic flux density can only partially penetrate the load, preventing the device from exerting 100% of its full magnetic capacity.
As a result, the holding force decreases. This simultaneously causes the handle operation to become heavier, effectively alerting the operator that the full magnetic force has not been successfully engaged.
