●Electrical power is consumed only during magnetization and demagnetization, resulting in exceptionally low energy consumption.
●The resin-bonded faceplate construction minimizes environmental impact.
●The demagnetization design prevents residual magnetism from remaining in the workpiece. An optional air-blow system facilitates easy workpiece removal after grinding.
●Robust and compact structural design with multi-layer waterproof protection, providing excellent chuck strength and waterproof performance.
●A variety of pole pitches are available to accommodate workpieces of different sizes. Multiple chucks can also be combined for use on large surface grinders and gantry-type surface grinders.
