Product Features
The Three-Rake Drill Grinder produces a three-rake geometry with a flat relief surface.
This drill point design eliminates the chisel edge, resulting in excellent self-centering performance and reduced hole enlargement. It provides outstanding hole accuracy and positioning accuracy, making it ideal for high-efficiency and high-speed machining.
For best results, the drill should be used on a rigid machine tool.
Due to the risk of chipping, this grinding method is not recommended for carbide drills.
Built-in bearing type
All collet holders feature built-in sealed bearings. This prevents collet wear and drill misalignment.
