Proprietary Secondary Clearance Grinding Unit
The secondary relief angle is ground using the flat surface of the grinding wheel. This method also produces an X-thinning geometry.
Adjustable Drill Point Angle
The drill point angle can be adjusted from 85° to 140° using the supplied hex wrench.
※ For the SDG-213, the adjustable range is 90° to 135°.
Bearing-Integrated Design
All collet holders are equipped with built-in sealed bearings. This helps prevent collet wear and minimizes drill runout for improved drilling accuracy.
