●Equipped with an air-cooling supply system.
●Allows easy cutting of carbide drills and end mills. By installing an optional CBN wheel, HSS (high-speed steel) tools can also be cut.
●Typical cutting time: Approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute for a Ø10 mm carbide end mill. (Cutting time may increase depending on the supplied airflow rate.)
●Although this cutting machine is powered by an electric motor, compressed air is required for cooling during operation.

Place the workpiece into the clamping area shown in the photo, and tighten it with the bolt.

Compressed air or cooling water is discharged from the circled area toward the cutting wheel.
How to use
After clamping the workpiece, open the air cock (oil valve) to discharge compressed air (cooling water) from the nozzle. Then, turn on the motor switch and lift the handle to cut the workpiece.
