We regret to inform you of an important change regarding our demagnetizer products.
In recent years, the costs of key components and materials used in demagnetizers, as well as energy and logistics expenses, have increased significantly. Both the manufacturer and our company have made every effort to absorb these rising costs and maintain existing pricing. However, it has become extremely difficult to continue doing so under the current circumstances.
As a result, the manufacturer has strongly requested that the existing standard pricing structure be discontinued. To avoid the risks associated with maintaining fixed prices amid ongoing cost fluctuations, the manufacturer has decided that all future orders must be handled on a quotation-by-quotation basis.
Accordingly, although we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause, we kindly ask for your understanding that, effective May 21, 2026, all orders and inquiries regarding demagnetizer products will be handled on an individual quotation basis.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or additional burden this change may impose on our customers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in light of the current circumstances.
